After measuring the size of the area, give us a call so we can bring in some fresh sod for your project.
Sod is perishable, and because of this we only stock sod in our yard when there are orders that require us to have it on hand. Excluding Sundays, we can bring sod in for you as early as the next day.
If you are picking sod up yourself, please keep in mind that a roll of sod will weigh about 25-40 lbs and a full pallet of 70 rolls will weigh about 3,000lbs.
There is no guarantee that we have available sod in stock at any given time, so please call ahead to reserve your sod. We will record names and amounts of sod needed every day, and give you a call when your sod is ready for pickup. Please DO NOT load your own sod until you have spoken with someone in the office to confirm you are on that days list.
If getting sod delivered, give us a call the day before and we will line up delivery. The product will be delivered via a flat deck truck with a moffett to offload. Placement in a driveway, alleyway, or on the street is ideal, due to the weight of the products and the limitations of the delivery vehicle. Due to its unique delivery requirements, sod is delivered separately from all other products. When you have your area measured, give us a call and we will coordinate the procurement of your sod.
Occasionally, there are rainy days that flood the sod fields and prevent it from being cut. On these days we will contact you to inform you of a delay. These situations are completely out of our hands, and we thank you for your understanding.
When you are finished laying your sod, return your pallets to our location for a refund!
