Information on bulk, bagged, and palletized local deliveries.
We have several different trucks in our fleet ready to deliver landscaping products to you. Palletized products and ‘The Landscape Bag’ are delivered on either our flatbed truck which has a Moffett on the back to maneuver product around, or on our picker truck which has an extendable arm used to take product off of the truck. For bulk aggregates, we have both a single axle truck for orders of 1-6 yards, or a tandem truck for up to 10 yards. None of these trucks will cross sidewalks or driveways.
You do not need to be home for the delivery, however we do require all customers to provide us with clear drop instructions and open access to each site. If you would like to keep your product contained and ready for when you start your project, we recommend getting your product delivered in ‘The Landscape Bag’. Otherwise, we can dump bulk aggregate on the road or in your driveway.
**Please note we do not perform street drops within Cochrane. This is a town-wide policy that we strictly adhere to.
We do our best to ensure product is placed where you request, however, sometimes this is not possible due to site conditions.
Customers are required to report all road bans to CLS Landscape Supply before placing an order. If our driver encounters a road with a road ban on it, and our truck exceeds the allowable weight, we will not be able to travel on that road, and subsequently be unable to deliver the product in the quantity requested. In these cases, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
