Depending upon the scope of the project, work can start on your project in a few short days, or the design process can take upwards of a few weeks. We want to make sure everyone is on the same page, nothing is forgotten, and that all of your questions are answered before we start to dig. It is much easier to incorporate an outdoor feature into the initial drawings than to try and work it in once work has already began. While our office is open all year round, it is simply not feasible for us to perform installations when the ground is frozen. Sometimes we get lucky and can start our install season in April and finish in November, depending upon what we are installing. Regardless, our staff are in the office all year round to answer your questions and get you started on your project.
